PowerFM Begonia Festival Parade

A highlight of the Ballarat Begonia Festival, the Power FM Begonia Festival Parade attracts 10,000 people each year.

The parade will travel along Wendouree Parade commencing at the Tramways Museum and conclude adjacent to North Gardens. Road closures and changes to traffic conditions, will apply (please check the Begonia Festival website for more details).

In 2023, an exciting line-up of entrants will be in the parade, including: Afghan Ballarat Community, Ballarat & Western Victorian Taekwondo, Ballarat African Association Inc, Ballarat And District Aboriginal Co-Operative, Ballarat East Community Mens’ Shed, Ballarat Indian Association, Ballarat Memorial Concert Band, Ballarat Pipe Band, Ballarat Region Indonesian Community, Ballarat Regional Trades And Labour Council, Ballarat Road Rodders, Ballarat Rock & Roll Festival, Ballarat Roller Derby League, Ballarat Thai Association, Bloc Music Theatre, Canadian Lead Primary School / Mount Blowhard Primary School / Sebastopol Primary School – Gum Loong, Chinese Australian Cultural Society Ballarat Inc., City Of Ballarat Municipal Brass Band, Creswick Brass Band, Existdance, Filipino/Australian Association Of Ballarat Inc, Goldacres, HVP Plantations, Kryal Castle, Lana Rose Fashions, Lake Goldsmith Steam Preservation Association, Petstock, Pressure, Sovereign Hill, The Salvation Army Delacombe and Virasat E Punjab Ballarat.
