A free fun way for senior people to exercise or just come along and socialise. With 3 sessions available at the Lake Foreshore, north of Piper’s by the Lake, Lake Wendouree, choose a time that best suits you 10am, 11:30am or 1pm. Each session is 45minutes. No need to book, just turn up! Brought to you by the City of Ballarat’s Ageing Well team.
