Ballarat Begonia Festival 2023 Competition: Terms and Conditions

1. These terms and conditions are applicable to the Ballarat Begonia Festival Meta Lead-Generation competition (“the competition”).
2. Entries for the competition open at 12.00pm (AEST), Monday the 23^rd of January, 2023.
3. Entries for the competition close at 12.00pm (AEST), Monday the 6^th of February, 2023.
4. The competition is managed directly by City of Ballarat ABN 37 601 599 422 of 25 Armstrong Street South, Ballarat 3350.
5. To enter the competition, entrants must during the Promotional Period register their details via the Facebook or Instagram lead form. At the end of the Promotional Period, the Promoter will hold a draw to determine the winner in accordance with the Draw Details. Prize details will be stipulated on the Website and in Social Media communications.
6. Entrants must be aged 18 years and over and not be an employee/family member of City of Ballarat, or anyone associated with City of Ballarat.
7. Entrants must reside in Victoria, Australia.
8. The prize consists of: 1 x “Fun Filled” Ballarat Pass for 2 x Adults and 2 x Children via BallaratPass.com.au
9. Prize is to the value of $348 AUD and is non-transferrable and not redeemable for cash. If for any reason the agreed prize is not available, a replacement prize of equal value will be provided.
10. The winner will be selected on Monday, 6^th January 2022 via a random selection from the form entries by a City of Ballarat representative.
11. The winner will be notified by e-mail once the competition closes. The winner will be required to supply their full name, email address, contact phone number and physical postal address.
12. The winner will be contacted by a City of Ballarat representative to facilitate the redemption of the prize via the www.Ballaratpass.com.au website.
13. The Promoter takes no responsibility for the prize damaged, delayed or lost in transit (if applicable).
14. If the winner does not respond to the e-mail notification within 24 hours, a secondary winner will be chosen and notified.
15. This competition is being conducted by City of Ballarat 25 Armstrong Street South, Ballarat 3350.
16. By entering the competition, you agree to send your information to City of Ballarat, who agrees to use it according to their privacy policy. Facebook will also use it subject to their Data Policy, including to auto-fill forms for ads.
